This wine comes from the selection of Sciaccarellu, Cinsault and Grenache. Harvested and selected by hand, the best grapes of Sciacarellu are used to obtain this exceptional rosé.
Fermented at low temperature, this grape gives the best of its personality. The assembly work of the wines then makes it possible to obtain a balance between matter, fat, aromatic and complexity.
The palate is fine and delicate, it blooms with notes of white fruits and red berries (redcurrant). A beautiful material and structure position this wine as a wine of gastronomy.
