DOMAINE FAZI is a well-balanced rosé wine with a light coat with apricot hues. The nose is characterized by mango and a typical minerality of the terroir and the grape variety. The mouth is wide, silky with a very nice length. Its aromatic expression is characterized by notes of exotic fruits and passion fruit.

The DOMAINE FAZI rosé wine is accompanied by grilled reds, grilled skewers with peppercorns, small stuffed niches, a brandy of cod with candied tomatoes or terrine of Provence vegetables with goats. It will also be appreciated as an aperitif. Served at a temperature of 10 ° C.

PRESENTATION AND PREPARATION OF WINE

DOMAINE FAZI rosé wines are made from a typical Corsican grape: Sciaccarellu, a medium-sized aromatic grape. The name of the adjective sciaccarellu means "crunchy" for a grape only in Corsica. From the island of Beauty, a typical terroir bordered by the Mediterranean, rosé wines DOMAINE FAZI are part of the wines of AOP Corse. The estate was created by Mr Vincent FAZI in the early 1970s. On the East Coast, between Aléria and Ghisonaccia, the vineyard surrounds the hamlet of Saint Antoine not far from Ghisonaccia. With exceptional sunshine and a climate temperate by the proximity of the sea and the mountainous barrier, vine cultivation has been well under control for over a century. In the Fazi domain, a separate vinification of the grapes is practiced, a cold liquid stabilization before fermentation at a controlled temperature and a fine-grape breeding with batons. This exceptional terroir allows traditional Corsican grape varieties to be distinguished by their quality and originality of expression.
