The DOMAINE SAINT ESTEVE rosé is one of the wines of Provence classified in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. It is the second regional appellation of Provence. Its geographical area includes 49 municipalities in the Bouches-du-Rhône departments and 2 municipalities in the Var. The appellation territory extends over the western part of Basse Provence, from the Sainte-Victoire Mountain to the Alpilles and from the Blue Coast to the Durance Valley. Spread over 4,200 hectares, the appellation vineyard produces around 210,000 hectoliters per year. From clay-limestone soils, the rosé wines are supple and fruity.
