Our company, the organic farm Guglielmi Carla is a small family business located in the hills of Pisa in Orciano Pisano, but the crops also extend to the neighboring municipalities. She was born in the 80s as a traditional company, then in 2000 we decided to work organic products. Initially, the crops were modern fodder and cereal type. It was a few years after the real change took place, precisely after the meeting with some members of the Rete dei Semi Rurali, where we decided to start a new experience with the ancient grain culture. From these organic grains come our ground flour of type 2, and our pasta with slow-drying extraction of durum wheat. Our products promote a healthy and authentic lifestyle with a rich taste, as requested by families who use our flours in their homes. And it's with word of mouth from friends and satisfied friends that you create a small circle of loyal customers.
