PRESENTATION AND WINEMAKING
The MINIMI rosé is one of the wines classified in the Mediterranean PGI. According to French regulations, IGP wines come from a specific department or area. They are made from the best grape varieties from their region of origin, and they meet production conditions guaranteeing their quality. MINIMI rosé wine comes from a 30 hectare vineyard, located in the town of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. The altitude of the vineyard is between 360 and 420 meters. The soil is clay-limestone in the valleys and cultivated parts and composed of bauxite, sand and marble for the parts located in the extension of the Sainte-Victoire. MINIMI rosé wines are produced according to specifications established by the company “Les Vins Bréban”.
