Our oil was obtained by cold pressing olives of the Bosan variety freshly picked from the tree, in our ancient olive groves, located near the Gulf of Asinara. The exposure to marine winds enriches it with flavor, which makes it particularly suitable for seasoning the typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Our oil is characterized by an intense fragrance of fresh olives and a pronounced taste reminiscent of wild thistle and artichoke. The organoleptic characteristics that distinguish it confirm the strong polyphenolic component which, as we know, neutralizes the action of free radicals responsible for cell aging.
