Thanks to the processing of the green olives of the precious cultivar "Nera di Gonnos", we obtain a high quality niche product using the natural brine method, that is to say a fermentation of 8 to 9 months in the water and salt, without adding additives. Olives in Deas brine have won several awards and awards in the Naturally Fermented Olives category at the Monna Oliva National Table Olive Awards 2014-2015-2017.
