Tomatoes are grown in our Gonnosfanadiga farm in the San Cosimo region, adjacent to the Giant Valley at the foot of Mount Linas. The fertile sandy soils and the microclimate create the conditions for excellent, authentic and above all safe fruit. The transformation takes place naturally in a protected environment with a structure authorized by the ASL. All stages, from field production to drying and packaging, are carefully controlled and monitored. The product is entirely handmade.
