Cooking times can vary between 5 and 7 minutes; for the true artisanal pasta, having no standardized production processes and using mixes of variable semolina depending on the durum wheat farmers who supplied the raw material, it is always advisable to always conduct a direct cooking test with the tasting of the product at the beginning of indicated minutes (5 minutes for Spaghetti). The sale and distribution of products through this website is handled by the Leopolda Short Chain Workshop. Shipping costs are free for purchases over 150 Euros. For smaller amounts, the amount that will be subsequently communicated must be paid.

Spaghetti Romeo are spread on the barrel, trimmed and packaged by hand. In this way they maintain all the appearance and quality of hand-crafted Vera Pasta. The durum wheat semolina used to make this superior pasta is the result of careful research carried out over the years, so that the maximum quality of the raw material enhances the craftsmanship of the product. Spaghetti Romeo are bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures in order to give the product the right roughness and consistency to blend perfectly with any type of sauce and / or seasoning. This type of whole spaghetti (if not broken the spaghetti measures 52 cm) that is well suited to combinations of any kind, from sauces to more elaborate condiments to simple dressing with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan, lends itself very well to making even first courses very choreographic and visually striking, allowing the classic "skein" in the center of the plate.
