This wine is made from the Vermentinu grape variety, representative of Corsican white wines. The variety blossoms on sandy soils between sea and mountains.
WINE
Harvesting is done only at night to preserve the grapes to the maximum of oxidation. Before pneumatic pressing, cold skin maceration is performed to extract the maximum of the grapes. The juices are then decanted by natural cold sedimentation, followed by fermentation at low temperature and aging on fine lees.
TASTING
In a straw-yellow color with golden highlights, this wine releases pleasant floral notes. The palate is beautifully complex, combining mineral notes with hints of white fruit and a vanilla finish. To be enjoyed fresh, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to an assortment of Corsican cheeses.
