Established in 1937, Union Patronale du Var, an inter-professional and inter-company trade union, a member of Medef and CPME, is supported by a territorial network of more than 5,000 companies representing 60,000 employees.
It offers a range of resources and skills at the service of the company and the development of the territory.
It federates around thirty professional trade unions, all of whom share the philosophy of independence and entrepreneurship for an employers’ representation in the plural.
The diversity of its activities reflects both its dynamism and its ability to adapt to the needs of entrepreneurs and thus demonstrates its entrepreneurial solidarity.
The UPV lists 5,000 networked companies, employing 60,000 employees of all sizes and sectors.
